1. No Right of Withdrawal for Event Tickets

Please be advised that according to Section 312g (2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for contracts regarding the provision of services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.

This means: Once you purchase a ticket for "Mut zum Hut" for a specific date, your order is binding. The standard 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases does not apply.

2. General Rule: No Refunds

All ticket sales are final. No refund of the purchase price will be issued if:

• You change your mind after the purchase.

• You are unable to attend the event due to illness, personal reasons, or travel complications.

• You have not used or validated the ticket.

3. Transferability of Tickets

Tickets are not personalized. If you are unable to attend on the day of the event, you are free to pass your ticket on to another person or give it as a gift. However, the commercial resale of tickets is strictly prohibited.

4. Cancellation or Postponement by the Organizer

Should the event be cancelled entirely for reasons within the Organizer's control, you are entitled to a refund of the ticket price. In the event of a change in time or location, the tickets remain valid; a claim for a refund exists only if the new date or location is demonstrably unreasonable for the purchaser.
