
Terms and Conditions (T&C)
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts regarding the purchase of entry tickets for the event "Mut zum Hut," represented by Isabel Patel (hereinafter "the Organizer"), as well as for the attendance of the event.
2. Conclusion of Contract and Ticket Purchase
The contract is concluded by purchasing tickets via the website (Wix booking system). By placing an order, the customer makes a binding offer. The contract is finalized as soon as the confirmation and the ticket have been sent via email.
3. Prices and Payment

All prices listed on the website are final prices.

Payment is made using the payment methods offered on the website (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal).

The Organizer reserves the right to adjust ticket prices at any time for future purchases.
4. No Right of Withdrawal / No Refunds
According to Section 312g (2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for contracts relating to the provision of services in connection with leisure activities that provide for a specific date or period.

Returns and Exchanges: Purchased tickets are excluded from returns and exchanges.

No refund of the purchase price will be provided in the event of non-attendance or non-use of the ticket.
5. Execution of the Event

The event takes place over three consecutive days in Neuburg an der Donau.

The Organizer reserves the right to make minor changes to the program (e.g., the schedule of the fashion shows) for good cause, provided that this does not significantly affect the overall character of the event.
6. Disclaimer regarding Exhibitors
Independent exhibitors present and sell their goods at the event.

The Organizer is not a party to the sales contracts concluded between visitors and exhibitors.

The Organizer assumes no liability or warranty for the products offered by exhibitors or for their business actions.
7. Photo and Video Recordings
By entering the event premises, the visitor agrees that photo and video recordings will be made and published as part of the event for purposes of public relations, documentation, and advertising (e.g., website, social media, press).
8. Liability of the Organizer
The Organizer's liability for damages to the visitor is limited to intent and gross negligence. This limitation does not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health based on a negligent or intentional breach of duty by the Organizer.
9. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

Should individual provisions of these T&Cs be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.

The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, Neuburg an der Donau.
