For forty-two years I have had the privilege of being married to the most wonderful, dearest, kindest and brightest Indian.
This influence has also benefited my German cuisine. He taught me how to handle and create with the wonderful spices of Indian cuisine. I have modified the German way of cooking and call it "Indo-European cuisine".
